The success of learning is influenced by various factors, one of which is the factor of learning strategy. The learning process will be effective when learners participate in it and learners do most of the learning activities.
Strategy is a plan or steps that are carried out systematically, which has a system to facilitate the implementation of an activity in order to achieve the purpose specified. It means that when the implementation of headmaster’s supervision done is high as result professional economics teacher is high to The conclusion of this research is that there’s positive relation between implementation of headmaster’s supervision and profesional economics teacher of state owned senior high school in east Jakarta region. From the determination coefficient test, it’s obtained KD of 44.1% it means that the variant of professional economics teacher is determined of 44.1% by implementation of headmaster’s supervision. It can be concluded that there’s positive relation between implementation of headmaster’s supervision and professional economics teacher. At the same time, regression linearity test result Lcount ttable (4.941 > 2.040) n = 33, so correlation coefficient is significant. The regression equation obtained from normality test result of regression error estimates Y on X is Lcount Ltable (24.417 > 4.160) so, the regression equation is Y = 18.972+0.817X it’s s significant. The samples are 33 economics teacher who is chosen with using simple random sampling technique.ĭata analyze technique is done with correlation and regression test with correlation and regression test with finoling linear regression as the first step. The research wore survey method with correlational approachment. This research is directed to economics teacher of state owned senior high school in east jakarta region within 4 mounths since March – June 2012.
